Therefore, it is a new sake made with rice from Yamagata Prefecture and other ingredients from France.

A sake with a clear taste that was completed after going back and forth between Japan and France.

It features a mineral bitterness unique to French brewing and a lingering aftertaste that is tightened by the acidity derived from wine yeast.
