Made with 100% domestic Nanko plums. The unripe plums are soaked in alcohol to create a refreshing plum scent and just the right amount of sweetness.
By using plum wine that has been stored for 6 years, it has a richer and mellow taste.
Bourbon barrels are used for whiskey barrels. The fresh green scent of whiskey and the pleasant sweetness of apricot and marmalade give umeshu its complexity and lingering aftertaste.
