“Fortune and Glory” was created in collaboration with “Black Tide Brewing”, an up-and-coming brewery in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture.

Flanders red style is adopted as a homage to traditional Belgian style sour beers!

No secondary ingredients such as fruits or spices are used, so you can simply enjoy the deep flavor of barrel-aged beer.

For those who are not accustomed to drinking strong sour beer, the taste may be surprising, but it has a very complex taste with only the minimum ingredients that make up the beer!

It starts with a strong acidity, followed by funky notes and flavors like pear, pineapple, prunes and raisins.
It's a beer that becomes more flavorful as it ages, but if you want to enjoy it right away, decanting it will soften the sourness and make it easier to drink!
