Shizenshu Kimoto Melon 3.33 [720ml/1,800ml]
“Shizenshu” is brewed using a unique “kumidashi four-stage” method that has been handed down in the brewery to bring out the sweetness and umami of the rice.
This "Melon 3.33" is made by reducing the amount of steamed rice used in the fourth step to 1/3 and making it less sweet. Three steps + 1/3 (= 0.33) step, so it is expressed as "3.33".
A fresh ginjo scent like a ripe melon, created by changing the preparation formula, and an excellent balance of sweetness and sourness.
In addition to the juiciness of the kimoto and yeast-free (brewed yeast) preparation, it has a fresh taste that retains the crispy fermented carbon dioxide gas.
