Iwanoi Junmai Ginjo Miyama Nishiki Unfiltered Nama Genshu First Shibori [720ml/1800ml]

Located in Isumi-gun, Chiba Prefecture, this is the first new sake to be produced this season at Iwase Sake Brewery, a sake brewery with over 300 years of history.

The rice is Miyama Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture, and is bottled unfiltered using traditional Yamahai brewing techniques.
It is unique to new sake that you can enjoy the freshness with the lingering gas from the fermentation. Please enjoy the new sake from a sake brewery in Chiba that has been highly scored by the world-famous wine critic Robert Parker.
