Then I came up with the idea to sell it as a Halloween-only brand, and it became a hot topic in the media.
The concept is to make Halloween fun, but the contents and packaging have been renewed this year! It is "Hiyaoroshi" that can only be tasted at this time of year. Junmai sake, which was squeezed and rough in early spring, is matured over the summer and is ready to drink.
It has a mild fruit-like aroma, a rounded taste, and a refreshing aftertaste, and goes well with grilled mushrooms and fatty saury.
