The "Iwanoi Red Label" series has been renewed as "i240"! “i240” is a combination of the “i” of the Iwanoi brand and the hardness of the water used for brewing “240”. Unfiltered unfiltered raw sake that is bottled from the most delicious "Nakagumi" freshly squeezed. You can feel the "foaming feeling" brought about by the strong fermentation with super hard water unique to Iwanoi.

50% polished rice from Tamaei from Chonan Town, Chiba Prefecture. It is a sake with a modest aroma and a sense of acidity and umami.

It goes great with salt-grilled mackerel, furobuki daikon radish, conger eel tempura, escargot bourguignon, acqua pazza, veal saltimbocca, and chouvre cheese!
