A red wine plum wine created in collaboration with Sumire Sato, a freelance creator from a national idol group, and a sake brewery in Saitama Prefecture, where she is from.

We used plenty of plums from Ogose-cho, which is also famous as a plum production area, and soaked them in red wine to create a slightly dry and mature flavor.

The fruity aroma of plums and moderate acidity make it easy to drink even for those who don't like alcohol.
