Obi Distillery Kogane Masari Summer Junpei 20 Degrees [720ml/1,800ml] Pending / Normal Temperature Delivery

This season's "20 degree type" is the same type as the new sake "Toji Junpei Freshly Distilled Kogane Masari" that was popular last autumn. The specs are the same as the representative brand “Toji Junpei” except for the raw material potato. It is brewed with "Kagoshima No. 5 yeast" and "Kawachi fungus white koji L type", the origin of Kodama brewing.

The only difference is purely the difference in raw materials. The sake quality is the same as "Toji Junpei", with a stable sweetness, a gentle aftertaste, and a fruity taste derived from "Kogane Masari". Please enjoy while thinking about the taste of freshly distilled last year.
