With the desire to make sake that tastes really good when you drink it yourself, we aim to always evolve sake brewing by incorporating new techniques while preserving the unique traditions and history of sake.

Surrounded by mountains and rice fields, the brewery makes use of the blessed environment where natural water springs from the mountains near the brewery, and is engaged in hand-made sake brewing.
