Using tap water, compact sake brewing in the building is characteristic.
Another feature is that there is no storage tank and the sake is immediately squeezed and bottled, so you can always enjoy freshly brewed sake.

With the motto of "Connecting national sake and Japanese sake to the future", we will continue to make sake that is compact and considerate of the natural environment, and open up new possibilities.
