Raifuku Sake Brewery

A brewery with a history of 300 years.

The concept is that "sake starts with rice and is a product made by people".

It is characterized by the fact that it uses about 10 types of rice suitable for sake brewing, mainly local rice in Ibaraki Prefecture, and "flower yeast" that is purely separated from natural flowers such as dianthus and climbing rose.
