We use abundant snowmelt water from Mt. Kinpoku, Sado's highest mountain, and rice that borrows the power of nature without relying on Sado's pesticides.

That is why it is possible to brew sake that is mellow and gently envelops you while still retaining the umami of high-quality rice that is highly blended in taste and aroma.
