It is famous as "local sake of Tosa".
High-quality sake is brewed in the mountainous area of ​​northern Kochi Prefecture, surrounded by abundant water and clear air.

Based on the concept of Sake du Terroir, “local sake,” they use 100% sake rice grown in local terraced rice fields and are actively working on traditional techniques.
It is also characterized by making full use of the blessings of nature and producing in small quantities by hand.
