Miyoshi Chrysanthemum Sake Brewery

Located in Tokushima prefecture, which is in a cold region that is ideal for sake brewing, each sake is made by hand using rice grown in Tokushima prefecture.
In addition, the brewing water uses ultra-soft spring water from the Yoshino River. Taking advantage of this property, sake is brewed that is clean but has the flavor of rice and water.
Furthermore, it is characterized by its higher acidity than conventional sake.
